Mr. Diaz has consulted several hundred businesses throughout the entire United
States including franchises. He has helped many small and medium size businesses of
all types with Business Development and Financial Services such as Business Valuations,
Mergers and Acquisitions, Management Consulting, Business loans and loan packaging,
Quarterly and Year-End Financials, Corporate Tax Returns, just to name a few.

He has reviewed, analyzed, recommended, and implemented procedures to organizational
systems allowing management to operate more efficiently and effectively. He has
conducted organizational studies, created employees evaluations systems, designed
systems and standard procedures, work simplification and measurement studies,
created job descriptions, implemented management principles, and prepared operational
and procedural manuals. He has extensive knowledge on all facets of businesses including
but not limited to management, finance, corporate financials, accounting, human resources,
sales and marketing, inventory control, distribution, organizational management,
cost controls, job costing controls, preventive maintenance, and hiring and firing of
personnel.

He has extensive management experience with several consulting firms as well as
with Safeway Stores, Inc., International Fitness Centers, Kentucky Central Life
Insurance Companies, and Midland National Life.

Mr. Diaz, has held titles of President and Business Owner of privately owned
companies, as well as Regional Sales Director, Sr. Executive, Sr. Business Consultant,
Project Director, Project Manager, Mergers & Acquisition Executive, Business Analyst,
Managing Director, and Registered Representative. He was also past Chairman of the
Board for a local Credit Union.

He has received many awards in Sales and Achievement during his working career.
