Starting at Corner of Pershing & Montana, at 10 a.m. Black History Month Rally, Mary Webb Park, 3000 E. Missouri, 12 noon

Directions for Parade
Starting at the intersection of Pershing and Montana the parade will travel east to Copia Street. At Montana and Copia Street intersection the parade will turn south for approximately half a mile to the Missouri Street intersection. At the Copia and Missouri Street intersection the parade will then turn west and terminate at the Mary Webb Park. Map can be found......
