Go back to class

Have you been wanting to finish your degree or are you looking to earn another degree? Full-time employees can register for one, three credit-hour course during working hours in the fall or spring semesters with approval from your departmental supervisor.

Waive the fees

If you're interested in going back to school and you've worked full-time for one year, you may have some university fees waived. Application forms are available in the Office of Human Resource Services or click here to download the form.

President's Staff Scholarship

Tuition scholarships are available to qualified staff members who plan or are pursuing their undergraduate degree at UTEP. Application forms are available through Human Resource Services during April and May. The deadline is June 15. You can also download the form by clicking here.

Staff members who apply for the President's Staff Scholarship are also eligible to receive a Staff Council Textbook Scholarship.Need more information about educational assistance offered at UTEP?
